The Woodlands, Barbara Fredricksen has a tremendous amount
of knowledge to share with her clients in guiding them through

Barbara joined The Woodlands Development Company's
marketing department to plan and orchestrate all the events
associated with the 25th Anniversary celebration of The
Woodlands. Once that year of event's had passed, Barbara
transitioned into the Managing Director of The Woodlands
Homefinder Center, overseeing the day to day operations of the
center. Its main purpose was to introduce potential prospects to
The Woodlands community, including an in depth knowledge of
all home products available to a homebuyer. With all the
amenities available in The Woodlands, it did not take long to
convince prospects that The Woodlands was the best place to
"Live, Work, Play and Learn"!
As the plans started to take shape for The Woodlands
Waterway, Barbara had the opportunity to market and sell the
first residential product to be built along The Waterway. Starting
from dirt, Barbara watched the Waterway Lofts condominium
materialize, and was able to successfully sell all 36 units in the
building, months before completion. The demand did not slow
down and plans were developed for the second building, Two
Waterway Lofts. This 34 unit project once again sold out
months before completion. During this process, Barbara gained
tremendous knowledge of the condominium product, as well as
understanding the distinct benefits homeowners were seeking
with a low maintenance, "lock and leave" home product. This is
a lifestyle that many people are looking for, and The
Woodlands now has many options that would be a perfect fit!
Nearing the completion of The Waterway Lofts projects, Barbara
saw the need for a real estate professional to specialize in this
market. Because she had more knowledge and expertise in the
Town Center products than other area realtors, she decided to
create Town Center Realty. Located in the heart of The
